• Call recordings — calls may be recorded and monitored; we disclose this at the start of each call.

How we use it

• Quoting and placing insurance you request, with the carriers you select.
• Routing and returning your calls, and keeping records law requires us to keep.
• Measuring which advertising works, including reporting conversion events to Google Ads.
• Complying with insurance, telemarketing, and record-retention law.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third-party lead brokers, and we do not share quoting or health details with anyone other than the carriers involved in your application and service providers who process data on our behalf under contract.

Cookies

We set a first-party cookie to remember your visit and the tracking number assigned to you — it's what lets your call reach the right agent, so it is set regardless of your banner choice. Google's advertising tags are used only for measurement and are not loaded if you choose "Decline" on the banner or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. The phone number on the page works either way.

Retention and security

Insurance records and call recordings are retained as state law requires. Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit; no internet transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
